Forney ISD Announces New Assistant Principals and Dean of Students

The Forney Independent School District recently announced a number of new assistant principal and dean of student placements.

The District announced that Kristy Mach has been named the Dean of Students at Warren Middle School. Mach replaces Dani Boepple who was recently named the Assistant Principal at the school.

Mach has been with Forney ISD since 2009. She is currently a 3rd grade teacher at Lewis Elementary School.

Mach received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with Bilingual Education from Texas A&M University Commerce in Commerce, Texas and earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.

Catherine Luecke has been named the new Assistant Principal at Claybon Elementary School. Luecke replaces Veronica Salgado who recently accepted an administrative position with Garland ISD in Garland, Texas.

Luecke has 19 years of experience with Forney ISD. She was a 3rd, 4th and 6th grade teacher at Forney Intermediate School, at Criswell Elementary School and at Henderson Elementary School before being named the Assistant Principal at Henderson. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas and earned her Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Texas A&M Commerce.

Lindsay Reinke has been named the new Assistant Principal to replace Luecke at Henderson Elementary School.

Reinke comes to Forney ISD from Florence Black Elementary School in the Mesquite Independent School District where she was a 3rd grade teacher. She has seven years of experience in education.

Reinke received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies-Special Education from Texas A&M University Commerce and earned her Master’s Degree in Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas Arlington in Arlington, Texas.

Carla Ford has been named the Dean at Rhea Elementary School. Ford comes to Rhea Elementary from Criswell Elementary School where she was the Assistant Principal.

Ford received her Bachelor’s Degree in Printing/Advertising from Texas A&M Commerce and her Master’s Degree in Reading Specialization also from Texas A&M Commerce. She has been with Forney ISD since 2008.

Wendy Baridon will replace Ford as Assistant Principal at Criswell Elementary School. Baridon comes to Forney ISD from Royse City ISD in Royse City, Texas where she was a Special Education Teacher at W.R. Fort Elementary School. She began her career in education in 2003 at Garland High School in Garland, Texas as a Special Education Teacher.

Baridon received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Commerce and earner her Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
